Photos from Lichfield

I have just had some nice photos sent to me by the library service at Lichfield. Here is one of Julia Jarman and myself strutting our stuff at our joint storytelling in Lichfield Library last weekend.

We are reading Kangaroo's Cancan Cafe - hence the feather boa! Julia did the narration and I read the characters. The octopus drawing is a leftover from reading Class Three All at Sea by the way. The one below is a short while later: me leading the cancanning, dancing in the style of a frog I think, or it might be a kookaburra (yes, really).

In this next one Julia is reading Class Two At The Zoo.

I'm guessing from the face of the child in yellow, that this one was taken either during Class Two at the Zoo, or Class Three All At Sea, maybe while we were waving a cutlass about!

You can read more about the day and see some of the drawings the children did on the main blog.
